Ironman Swim Leg

There is an old saying in triathlon, You can not win it in the swim, but you sure can lose it in the swim.

Ironman Bike Leg

More than 55% of your Ironman race is on the bike. Nutrition, bike position, skills, heart rate... there is a lot to get right!

Ironman Run Leg

With at least 5.5 hours of racing done... now you gotta run a 42.2km Marathon. This is where training really counts.
